Return and exchange policy for items purchased at Global Energy Store

1. Terms of product change

1.1. Products are subject to exchange if:

1.1.1 The product has a factory defect (excluding mechanical damage).

1.1.2 The hypermarket made an error while ordering, resulting in an incorrect model and / or products with incorrect specifications.

1.1.3 Within 5 (five) days after ordering, decide to exchange the purchased product for another similar model. At this time please visit the nearest branch and arrange its exchange for other products.

1.1.4 If the customer wishes to change the product, if the factory's product packaging is opened and the diagnosis shows that the product returned by the customer has retained all functional characteristics and no visual defects are observed, the product Replacement is possible by the buyer with a refund of up to 10% of the possible product value.

1.2. The company Global Energy Ltd. provides transportation when the product is returned / changed by the customer in case:

• The product does not comply with the order and / or the technical specifications posted on the website;

• The product has a factory defect;

• The product is damaged during shipping;

• The agreed delivery time was violated by the company;

2. Product return conditions

2.1. Products are subject to return within 5 (five) days of purchase, if:

2.2. When returning the product, you must present a purchase receipt, or any other document confirming payment; As well as the buyer's ID card.

2.3. If you want to return the product, please contact the Global Energy Information Center of the company in advance and inform about the return of the product;

2.4. 2.5. When returning / changing the product, the product must be accompanied by all the accompanying parts and documents transferred at the time of purchase (invoice, proof of payment, warranty sheet (if any), etc.).

2.6. Global Energy Ltd., in case of desire to return the product purchased by the customer, undertakes to reimburse the customer for the amount paid by the customer for the product:

2.6.1 100% if: The factory packaging of the product is unopened, undamaged and accompanied by all the accompanying parts and documents delivered at the time of purchase (invoice, proof of payment, warranty Sheet, etc.);

2.6.2 100% - if the product has a factory defect or the product does not meet the order and / or technical specifications posted on the website or the product is damaged during shipping and is accompanied by delivery at the time of purchase All accompanying parts and documents (invoice, proof of payment, guarantee sheet, etc.).

2.6.3. Up to 90-100% if the factory packaging of the product is opened and diagnosed

2.6.4. Up to 60-80% in case of damage to the factory packaging of the product and / or as a result of diagnostics, it turned out that the product returned by the buyer retained all the functional characteristics, but visual defects were observed.

2.6.5. If, as a result of the diagnostics, it is established that the product to be returned by the buyer has not retained all the functional and / or visual characteristics and / or is not accompanied by all the related details and documents (invoice, payment receipt, guarantee list, etc. ) Reserves the right not to return the goods and therefore not to refund the amount paid for the goods.

2.6.6. Refunds can only be made by bank transfer to the client by crediting to a bank account.

2.6.7. Global Energy Ltd reimburses the customer for the cost of the purchased product within 10 (ten) business days in accordance with the procedure and in the amount specified in clause 10.1 of this article.

3. Rules for reimbursement of the cost of transport services

3.1. Global Energy Ltd. reimburses the cost of transport services upon return / change of goods by the client if:

• The product has a manufacturing defect;

• The product is damaged during transportation;

• the agreed delivery time was violated by the company;

3.2. In all other cases, the cost of transport services is reimbursed by the customer.
